Ordered a weber bbq and accessories and everything arrived on time - but it looked as if it had been packed in the dark by a visually challenged packer. The rather ominous noises as you moved the box weren't a good sign and unfortunately one of the thin aluminium legs had been bent by collision with something else. It's always a hassle returning stuff like this when you work during the week, but hats off to Riverside for sending out a replacement part as soon as they were aware of the issue. Great customer service.

Although I chose the cheapest option for postage my pizza stone arrived the next day and was very well packaged. Based on my experience of this order I would buy from Riverside Garden Centre again.
