Very happy with my purchase and impressed how quickly it was delivered. My only quibble was that it was delivered in it's original box with no extra packaging - while this is obviously better for the environment, it's not so good when your husband accepts the delivery and you were planning it as a surprise Christmas present!!

Moon chairs for my grandchildren, looked every where and Riverside delivered. Their postage was free and fast, the product as expected, I'm sure I will return to their site.

My Weber griddle arrived the next working day as promised. The box was not in a transit box and it is torn which is a shame as it is a present for my son. Riverside responded to my email promptly and explained that they do not use additional packing to save waste. They also said that had they known it was a gift they would have over wrapped it! This is fine but I didn't notice an option to do this on the web site! I did shop around and can confirm that it was priced very competitively. I would certainly use them in future.

I purchased the full set of Juliana Natural World Collection Penguins as a present for my mother, the price was excellent compared with others ide seen online and the free fast delivery was a bonus, the items are well made and good quality and were all well packed. Very Happy as she will be also on recieving.

I live in Australia and my family and I are coming over to the UK this Christmas to celebrate a special occasion. I bought a Weber BBQ charcoal kettle from Riverside Garden Centre as a Christmas gift for my Godson who lives in the UK. The live chat service on line was extremely helpful and the consultant answered all my questions. The Weber was delivered next working day ( for free !!) as stated on the website. I will definitely come and visit the store when I get to the UK ... want to see the Weber Pizza oven in action with Russell !!
