Although there was a hitch in delivering our/another's goods to wrong addresses, the situation was dealt with promptly and efficiently by a member of staff who had excellent manner. Sorry I can't remember her name but she deserves a pay rise!

The Weber fireplace arrived the next day and looks great. It did take a little time to put it together but nothing difficult. We've not had a chance to use it yet but we are almost looking forward to the cooler weather so we can try it out.

Went to garden centre with my mother in law, staff were very friendly and not pushy at ! We enjoyed the day very much and although I didn't buy anything in store ( because I couldn't make up my mind a nice member of staff gave me the web site address ) so once I got home and made up my mind, and placed an order online and my chairs arrived the next day.

My chosen Firepit was unfortunately damaged upon being picked in the warehouse. I had a call within hours of ordering to make me aware and explain the slight delay. It was unfortunate, but these things happen - the trick is to manage them with prompt, sincere communications and this is what I received. Excellent service, I'd certainly shop again. Bought Weber BBQ, quick delivery great price. Lid had crack in from manufacture, however the customer service offered by Riverside Garden Centre was exceptional. Replaced immediately after photo of crack emailed. I could not recommend them highly enough. I have absolute confidence in recommending them to anyone.
