I was amazed at how quick their order was; and not only that, but with free delivery. And on top of that their prices were cheaper than virtually anywhere else. My decision to buy here was easy - and it's now one of the first places I go for BBQ stuff. The only thing I'd really like is Google Wallet payment capability!

I ordered a Weber Pizza Oven on Friday morning. I telephoned Riverside Garden Centre prior to completing the order because I wanted to check that the Saturday delivery option they offered meant I could get it the next day. The chap I spoke to was extremely friendly and polite. He confirmed that it would be delivered to me the next day so I confirmed my order. The pizza oven came at 9.30am the next morning. It was well-packaged indeed. We used it that night and it was a huge success - no more take away pizzas for us. I am absolutely delighted with it. Riverside Garden Centre were competitively priced and their service was excellent. I highly recommend that you use them.

We ordered the Weber BBQ on Friday evening and recieved it Tuesday morning. I was kept informed of the delivery information. The Weber was a good value for money. We have already been able to use it because of the beautiful weather and we could not be happier with the BBQ. I would not hesitate to use Riverside Garden Centre in the future.

Well what can I say, fantastic service from Riverside Garden Centre hardly seems adequate. I ordered my Weber B+B-Q at 4pm the day before it was delivered and by lunchtime the next day we were assembling it. And used it at tea time. Thankyou Riverside garden staff. True to word, next day delivery.

I would fully recommend this company for their knowledge and service. My daughter spoke to them from Australia about a Weber barbecue she was buying me. They were extremely helpful. I have since visited the Riverside Nursery and was given excellent advice and service on accessories for it and now I have ordered more accessories online and although I paid for delivery within 3-5 days my order arrived the next day. I couldn't ask for better service and very competitive prices.

Very good delivery ordered one day delivered the next. Ordered some extenions for our garden chairs with the nice weather found them at Riverside Garden Centre. Arrived next day and did not pay any extra, items a good price here too. Would use Riverside again if i am looking for anything like this.

Thank you to Riverside Gardens for superb service. I ordered my Weber Fire Pit on-line on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. I can't fault either Weber products or Riverside Gardens and I will definitely buy from you again. I can't say how efficient the fire is at the moment though as I have gone and bought a fire pit in the middle of a heatwave.... Oh dear I must be a real weather pessimist....

We bought a Weber Q electric BBQ oven/grill after using one in the USA, but our grill didn't have the two attached side tables. Last year we hardly used it at all because of all the rain, and then finally here was all this fantastic summer weather and we could live in the garden again! Panic - no side tables to put things on while grilling, and friends expected round in a couple of days. Trawled the web, found excellent Riverside Garden Centre website with Q model side tables in stock [not many places in the uk stock them] and almost before I'd got the meats into a marinade there they were at our front door! You can't ask for better service than that, and the really brilliant news for us is that the Riverside Garden Centre isn't a million miles away from where we live - so we shall pay them a visit soon! I wanted a new (and bigger) Weber kettle after over ten good years with the old one. A quick search found these guys and the reviews were good. Let me say, you needn't search any further. The prices look good and more importantly you won't get any nasty surprises. My order arrived on time and exactly as expected. I'd definitely use them again, but knowing the Weber quality that might have to wait many years.

I've dealt with Riverside on two occasions, both times with confidence. The Quest Westfield Supreme Chair.(W12183) was first, sturdy, well built, easy to erect and comfortable. After looking at various other makes and models, made my mind up on a second. The Quest Westfield Prime Chair.(W12186) Plus a couple of Head Pillows,All in all we both have comfort in the sun "Or otherwise" Would most certainly use Riverside Garden Centre again. OB.
