After a thougher search on the internet I could not find anywhere who could beat the prices of Riverside Garden Center. The Low price was not a compromise on service as I received my Goods Next Day free of charge.

Ordered 2 Quest Elite Chatsworth SL Chairs they arrived next day well packed and protected. Also the price was very good compared with what we had seen elsewhere, would be happy to use Riverside Garden center again.

I ordered a camping table from Riverside Garden Centre, when it arrived it had been damaged on one corner, I got in touch straightaway, within 2 days I had received a replacement. They didn't want the first table back as it would have cost them to arrange carriers to collect it

My Weber Barbecue order arrived on the day specified but, unfortunately, it was damaged. A call to Riverside and emailed photos of the damage ensured the replacement component arrived within two working days of my telephone call. Well done and thank you! Martin Goddard

I ordered the Weber fire pit in the morning and it was delivered at 10 am the next day. That is what I call service! Would definitely order from this company again and would suggest you do too.

My order for a Weber Fireplace was confirmed by Riverside Garden Centre as being shipped within half an hour of making the Paypal remittance. The item was delivered to the opposite end of the country in Cornwall just over 24 hours later. You don't get any better customer service than that ! Well done and many thanks Riverside.

I ordered the cover for my bbq and it was delivered the following day at no extra cost, and just in time too 'cos it's chucked it down ever since! Got some briquettes too, just in case the sun ever does come out. It is great to be able to order this online as at my age (knocking on) and with my arthritis and bad arm AND no car it makes bbqing more tempting! Thankyou Riverside, now all I need is some sun please.

The service from Riverside was brilliant. They have a good website with some nice bundle deals and the BBQ itself was the cheaper than I could find anywhere else. The item was despatched and delivered very quickly, so I am happy with Riverside all the way through and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Fantastic portable bbq, can use it anywhere. I had a cadac and got really fed up with the size of it and how long it took to clean it. It takes me minutes to clean the webber bbq, really happy with it would recommend to anyone that wants a great cooking experience . If I had to pick fault, the only one would be that the ignition switch is very loose, unless we have a faulty one. From a really happy camper.

Ordered on the Thursday for delivery on the Friday, so paid for next day, but was only £2.95 extra. I wasn't in when it was delivered, but they dropped it at the local post office so i got it the next day - all as planned. Very good value for the items I bought too.
