United States | 14 August 2018I have never been his unsatisfied with a ticket vender. I purchased my tickets January 30th, 2018 for a show in August. Usually I receive my tickets a week or so after purchase. When I didn't receive my tickets within a month or so I contacted the seller and they guaranteed me I would have my tickets in time for the show. I called again in July checking on when they would be sending them, again reassuring me they would arrive. With the show being next week I called yesterday to yet AGAIN check on the status of my tickets.....what do you know..... in a "rare" occurrence they don't have my tickets. I am beyond frustrated, as I clearly planned ahead and purchased my tickets more then six months out, and they didn't even notify me that they didn't have my tickets, I had to call them to inquire about them. This company is clearly a scalper site!!! Unbelievable.

United States | 15 July 2018Tickets falsely advertised. I paid a premium for better seats and did not receive the seats I ordered. Caution. Using this site

United States | 07 July 2018AVOID AVOID AVOID! In November, I was directed to Ticket Magic from BBT Pavillions website when I purchased tickets for the (now sold out) Foo Fighters show on 7/7. I was told my tickets would be delivered via email before the show. When they did not arrive by the date, I called & was assured by TicketMagic’s customer service it was good to go & it was a processing delay. 15 minutes later I received an email that “These tickets were cancelled by the venue and at this time we do not have replacement tickets to substitute.“ They said they would be refunding me in full (no kidding), however this was communicated to me THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW & tickets are now 2-3 times what I paid in November (because it’s sold out). I called TicketMagic & asked them to find me tickets for the same price. They said they could not, but would get me the same number of tickets “and take 10% off — the new price — for the inconvenience”. They ran this “deal” through their Loyalty Dept. — this dept has no actual phone number & only communicates with TM via email/chat. I asked to cc’d on this communication, but was not. If they can get me tickets for 10% off, they could certainly comp the balance for the inconvenience. They refused & simply dismissed every argument I had, waiving any responsibility. I persisted for 5 hours & got exactly no where. Basically, TicketMagic allows sellers to sell tickets they don’t actually have & take zero responsibility/accountability for not adequately vetting their sellers. When I called the venue directly, the woman explained TM programmed a redirect from their “purchase tickets” link to look like a reputable ticket agent. Clearly, this review (and many others I’ve since found) paints another picture. Moral of the story: Only use TicketMaster or LiveNation.

United States | 26 June 2018a 250$ Dead and company ticket turns out to be a 46$ general admission area. Criminals, probably owned by DeVos or Trump family

United States | 06 June 2018TicketMagic??? You really need to vet who you allow to sell tickets on your site. It is YOUR reputations. As I was reading reviews and the replies you posted, you lay blame on the buyers and sellers. YOU ALLOW THIS! Innocent people not knowing what they are getting into by trusting your site should not suffer. Too many 3rd party websites out there that do this and you are just another fly-by-night operation. CLOSE DOWN OR FIX THIS. Try Ticket Master or Stub Hub----- These are trust worthy sites.

United States | 01 June 2018There is no way to give a negative star review, but if I could rest assured I would. I purchased tickets to a Bob Seger concert for 11/2017. Per an email from TicketMagic, "Bob Seger Has Been Cancelled". I called to receive a refund, or at least tickets to his concert in Los Angeles. My response from Paul and Alana was "These tickets are not refundable because he has not cancelled the concert, it has just been postponed. When he reschedules at the Oakland Oracle Arena your tickets will be honored." I asked what happens if he doesn't reschedule, and was told as long as he hasn't cancelled that show, it is on indefinite postponement, which means there are no refunds. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam business at all costs.

United States | 09 May 2018Like so many other reviewers here, my experience with TicketMagic is terrible. Having to give one star is giving one too many! I bought tickets to the Bonnie Raitt - James Taylor concert. When Ms. Raitt canceled, I contacted TicketMagic to obtain a refund. They refused to provide a refund telling me that they would not allow a refund as the show was not canceled, only Ms. Raitt's part of the show. My protests that they show was NOT the same as what I purchased, fell on deaf ears. When I made my purchase, I had no idea I was buying from a middle-man third party broker. I just ponied up the required charges without regard for the rate in my haste to get a ticket. These third party companies are just scalpers and I can't understand how what they do is even legal. They are stealing from both the Artists and their fans.

United States | 21 April 2018Do not use Ticket Magic! I ordered tickets to a concert only to get an email the day of the concert stating the seats I bought actually were not available. They offered to get me tickets as comparable to the ones I bought but by the time this happened, all seats were sold out that even close to the quality I bought. they then offered a section which seemed great but by doing research, I came to realize they had an obstructed view. Dont use ticket magic.... stay away!!!!

United States | 18 April 2018I am honestly sick to my stomach. I received my tickets via email today. I assume they are legit, not sure. However, I went to the venue's website to see what the ticket prices are now. I paid $133 per ticket for a face value ticket of $36. FOR TWO TICKETS TO SEE LUKE BRYAN I PAID OVER $400 WITH THEIR HIDDEN FEES TO FIND OUT THAT I COULD'VE GOTTEN THE SAME NOSE BLEED SEATS FOR $36 each. Physically sick to my stomach. Such a a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

United States | 11 April 2018when you have a problem and call you get representatives who will not transfer you to a supervisor. they hang up on you and when you call back they argue and advise they are "unable to transfer you to a supervisor". they are obviously not interested in helping the customers who pay for services. it is very unfortunate.

United States | 28 March 2018I got RIPPED OFF on concert txt at MORE than three times the average ticket price because I wanted to purchase in advance in case the show sold out. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE so shop around before you commit to purchase from this site. If you think your event might be sold out, it might be worth purchasing in advance, but otherwise, wait until ticket prices come down just before the show.

United States | 27 March 2018RIP OFF. Should have looked here before I ordered these tickets. Paid $262 for $93 tickets. They shipped them late and I received them barely in time to attend the concert. When I called to inquire where my tickets were, they basically told me that they had shipped them and it was my problem now. Just hoping that the tickets are legit....Will find out tonight. The biggest diappointment was that when I went to the performers website, they linked me to TicketMagic.....!

United States | 26 March 2018Do not buy any tickets from them. They will not keep you up to date when events are cancelled/postponed. They use the words postponed just to keep your dollars. Shameful, almost 5 months since my event was POSTPONED and nothing from them at all. They refuse to answer my emails. Their the ones that sent me an email that said event is CANCELLED!!!! Till I wanted a refund then it turned to POSTPONED. NO dates given for reschedule EVER

United States | 14 March 2018These people are scalpers who are very good at not representing what you are getting when you buy from them. Shame on these horrible people

United States | 13 March 2018This is a follow up to my first review. After I expressed my disstisfaction with TicketMagic, they sent an email and ask me to call. I did and they said they could do nothing. Filed a Fraud complaint with my Credit Card company which was honored. Did not get tickets or use them. TicketMagic pursued credit card company and I am now required to pay $877 for tickets i did not use. I will continue to talk to BBB and Consumer Affairs. This company will rip you off.

United States | 12 March 2018Please Please Stay away from these guys. I paid $540 for two tickets for a Kevin hurt show, three weeks later I received my tickets. What they did, they bought $58 tickets from ticket master and sent them to me. Save your money and time and stay away from this website.

Canada | 18 February 2018After purchasing tickets to Andrea Bocelli for a christmas gift, the tickets arrived for download in a matter of minutes. They were from ticket master and as I bought from ticket Magic I was confused. I called Ticket Magic and spoke to a very nice agent. She explained that the tickets were from a third party but that Ticket Magic guaranteed them as valid so I felt much better. As for all of you feeling cheated, the company was clear with me that the resale market would be more than the face, something I am quite used to when I buy NFL tickets, and the service charge was clear prior to my purchase, so what is the problem? I suspect it is people who don't read the final bill before purchase. My concert is still 4 months away but I have confidence that the tickets are legit and Ticketmagic has treated me fairly

United States | 09 February 2018TicketMagic=WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If you are reading this review, it is probably too late. You've probably been duped by TicketMagic's unscrupulous business practices. TicketMagic sells tickets to unsuspecting patrons for a variety of venues and events under the pretense of providing preferred admission to the event in question. In many cases, tickets may not even be on sale yet, but they're selling them... They even go so far as to provide a doctored up seating chart displaying where your "preferred reserved seating" will be located while what you are really paying for are the worst nose-bleed seats in the house for exorbitant pricing. I fell prey to their horrible scheme and I paid $558.00 for two tickets priced at $45.00 each. They will not give you you're money back if you are unsatisfied, which you will be, and they even went so far as to tell me "You should have paid more attention when you made the purchase. Sorry!" WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

United States | 03 February 2018MISLEADING - BE CAREEFUL. added $57 fee to each ticket and this info was not displayed or I would have realized I was not on the venue site!!! they offer no refunds, like others say you have to open an insurance claim! I had to call a different number to get my tickets sent electronically to me and had to wait 40 mins on the phone. I hope my Dave Matthew tickets for July are legit!

United States | 01 February 2018JAN 31, 2018: I, like others, did not know that TicketMagic was a third party seller when I was purchasing these tickets. I have not received my tickets yet (I just bought them this morning & the concert isn’t until June) but when I contacted TicketMagic via Facebook Messenger, I got multiple replies right away. And not generated replies, a real person. She answered every question I had in great detail. So I don’t know where half of these comments are coming from saying that they could never reach their customer service, maybe they were just using the wrong methods. This review is just for their customer service so far, but Lindsey really elevated my worry about my tickets being legitimate. I told her who my seller is and she told me they’re highly reputable. I am making a special trip from PA to OK for this concert and do not want to do it for nothing. ***UPDATE: 2-15-18: A few days ago I received an email from TicketMaster. Someone was trying to transfer me tickets. So I now know for sure that I have possession of the tickets and will have no issue getting into the concert. Long story short, I did get my tickets. They are not incorrect, they are sat together (2 seats), there is nothing wrong with them.
