Bartosz was excellent and went above and beyond to do a clean and tidy installation of my Tesla charger. 2nd time using these guys and will do again next time I move home.

From the first time in communication with Crystal they have been in contact at all stages. Gentleman that fitted the charger was quick, efficient and seemed well versed in what he was doing. He explained all things that was going to happen and tidied up after himself. Was very knowledgeable with his answers he gave me.

My five-year-old EO charger stopped working. EO referred me to Chrystal as the charger was out of warranty. Claire Warne of Chrystal was helpful in arranging an engineer visit. Ed turned up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem despite difficulty of access. He was polite and helpful.

The contractor changed an appointment to ensure we were able to have our charger installed sooner as had collected our car. The delivery of the unit came early morning and the gentleman who installed was professional, diligent and courteous. He was helpful in pairing the ohme app to our EV point, and explained everything I needed to know. He left the site tidy and installation was with minimum disruption. Very helpful. Thankyou so much.

The team at crystal had very good communication when booking my ev charger to be installed, engineer arrived in the morning so wasn’t waiting all day! 5stars to the engineer fitted the unit with no disruption very polite and left no mess, also showed me what to do and answered my questions! Very helpful response from Richard Dunse at Crystal EV to a technical question concerning my EO charger installation. Richard certainly knows his stuff and took the time to listen to the issues, diagnose the problem and put forward a clear plan for remediation.

Arranging the appointment and being kept up to date with events prior to the day worked seamlessly. Engineer contacted me on the day with their expected arrival. When he arrived, he walked around with me, confirming the location of the charger and routing of the cable. When the power needed to be switched off to connect the device, I was given notice to ensure that everything in the house that needed to be switched off, was off. When connected, he checked, then talked me through the system before assisting my connection to the Ohme app. Excellent…

I was having some difficulty re connecting my EO mini car charger to my new broadband service. The support I received from Will Davies from Crystal Electronics was exceptional. What I thought should be a straight forward reprogramming of my charger to new WiFi settings turned into a thread of about 14 emails with Will bringing me step by step through a process that eventually got me sorted. Had a great experience with Olivia Allen the engineer who helped me solve a few issues with my EO charger unit. First I needed a few months info that was over a year ago and she sent this over to me, then I couldn’t connect my new BT home hub to the wall charger due to the fact the QR code had faded too much. Olivia sent me a new digital QR code with instructions and after 30 seconds I was up and running again Thanks a lot Olivia great service 😊🙏👍
