Placed an order for 3 shirts. Spent about $75. This was August 2,2022. Still waiting. Nothing has shipped yet. I emailed them 3 times. No reply. Call the # get a guy who says he’s not near a computer. He will call me back in an hour1/2. Never heard from him. That was 4 days ago. Horrible customer service. Hopefully I get the shirts soon. I will never order from them again.

I have been trying to get in touch with Dreamer LLC or RockandRollTshirts.com via form email from their website, direct email and by phone. The number listed isn't even working. So I made a mistake, I purchased a Cult t-shirt at their House of Blues show in Orlando over the weekend. I got the wrong size. I'm just trying to find out if the shirt can be exchanged. I'm assuming these are the same shirts on the website that are on tour with the band. If so, I will say these are quality soft 100% cotton Bella Canvas shirts but they do run small. I'm happy to pay a restocking fee but I'd like a shirt that fit. I would appreciate any communication.

The Jury is out? I hope I haven’t been bamboozled. Been over a week and an a half with no tracking intel. Done business in the past with them, and the experience was favorable. I’m a CULT junkie what can I say. Where’s my Cult Merch? The Jury’s in I got my gear. Yes.

I spent $50 with Rock and Roll T Shirts on Black Friday. Despite spending $26 on shipping my order has still not arrived in the UK...that's more than a two month wait. I have been in touch with the courier (DPD) and they don't recognize the tracking number provided by Rock and Roll T Shirts. Nor do they have any record of a shipment to my address. My biggest gripe is with lack of communication from RNR. All e-mails to the address on their website bounce back as do ones to that listed on their shopify app. I have managed to find one address on their Facebook page which does not bounce back but they've never answered despite my repeated attempts. Such poor customer service. I order lots from Amazon.com and Tom Petty.com and have never had a problem with delivery or communication. If I was one of the artists using this company I'd be seeking another rather more capable one. Perhaps this review will prompt a response from RNR? Let's wait and see...

The order came on time. Things are in good condition. Prices are nice. I'll probably order more. Thank you for your prompt service.

Here is a convenient site and a very good range, always pick up something for yourself or as a gift to friends and relatives. I can recommend this shop with all my heart. In addition, there are loyal enough prices that you can not deny yourself anything.

LP arrived quickly after ordering. Duties were the same price as the vinyl but comparable to what the vinyl was going for Canada so I justified it. The inner sleeves holding the records had slid to the very edge of the cardboard outer packaging and by the time it arrived to me the vinyl had rubbed a hole in the side seam, for both LPs which is a little disappointing. Corner of outer sleeve was also a little bent. Could have been packaged tighter/more carefully to avoid this considering shipping fee.

The patches I ordered for my daughter look great and even better they were received in Australia in just over a week!

The merch line at my concert was absolutely crazy so I decided to order online. The checkout process was easy peasy and shipping was a bit costly but my items arrived in 2 days! (And that was only 10 bucks). More importantly a vinyl I received was damaged and the customer service I received was stupendous! There was no trouble, I got a replacement ASAP, and the man helping me was so kind! Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using their service again.

The shirts are very nice quality and I love they have older shirts that are almost like vintage, but actually brand new. Plus if you know these folks are supplying the shirts for the concert no need to stand in line at the venue, order online. We ended up on the site by accident after my daughter left her concert shirt in our hotel after a Billy Joel concert, but I had mine in the bag and for the heck of it checked the site. Low and behold we were able to not only replace the shirt, but being an old timer, I was able to get old Billy Joel shirts (on Discount) started poking around and ended up getting shirts from CSN and Simon and Garfunkel (on discount). Was super stoked.

I recently attended a Billy Joel concert in Dallas and purchased a t-shirt at the concert. There was another shirt I wanted to get but when I finally decided to go ahead and get a second shirt the line was way too long to wait in. I was very disappointed that I didn't get the shirt and kept thinking about it. When I went online to see if it might be available (it was very specific to the concert I attended) I found one at Rock and Roll T Shirts and was a little afraid it might not have the dates and everything, but I happened to glance at the bag from the concert and saw it was the same company! It was exactly what I wanted and came very quickly!
