I purchased some lovely earrings from Hester Clarke many years ago and unfortunately, recently lost one (I believe when taking off my mask - I believe many people have lost earrings due to the wearing of masks) Anyway without any luck in finding the missing one I contacted Hester Clarke who have gone above and beyond to have a replacement made for me. The makers no longer produce these earrings but Michael from Hester Clarke organised a special one-off and after only a little wait my earrings have been returned - the stone match is perfect and I am truly delighted. Fantastic service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I miss their shop in Aylesbury but the same high level of service and quality continues on-line - Thank you Hester Clarke - 10/10 all round.

I purchased a beautiful and unusual pendant which was shipped to me efficiently. The packaging was very discrete meaning there was no hint of where it was from when it was delivered.

I wanted a seal cut signet ring and after trying a number others I went to Hester Clarke and got what I wanted at a price that was not the cheapest but certainly very reasonable for what I wanted. We used to use the shop before it closed and we are delighted that the service and pleasure of dealing with them has rolled over to the online shopping experience. We will be back!!
