Excellent customer service; I bought a locket for a bereaved relative, a kind chap at Hester Clarke was so attentive in helping me select a photo which fitted the frame within the necklace. The parcel arrived, thoughtfully wrapped in double quick time.

I would recommend Hester Clarke the necklace I purchased for my daughter was lovely, even better than the picture on the site! I was concerned that jewellery on-line maybe poor quality but this was not the case. We may buy the earring to match!
