I had lost one of my much loved pearl earrings purchased 40 years ago from Hester Clark, to my delight the exact size pearl was available on the website. When the parcel arrived the packaging made the experience so nice. The outer box is embossed with the gold Hester Clark name, the small presentation box was enclosed in tissue paper and there was a hand written 'thank you' note. Reminiscent of how special it always was to shop in store - thank you.
