So, 18 months ago (after being denied a loan through the bank I've been with for 20 years) I applied for a loan from Alex Bank, I had no collateral and was approved for a 12k loan. Since having the loan, Ive gone from paying the minimum repayments, then upped it twice with no issues, and should have my loan paid off by this time next year. I've never been happier to recommend a business like I am with Alex Bank.

The experience between the Alex bank and the broker was very disappointing. There was no communication or transparency, the process took over 8 weeks to be finalised, there was little information provided regarding justification for decisions and any progress that was made. We were never contacted to explain why there was a delay. Always having to reach out and seek clarification. We were left very disappointed with the process.
