Interest rate, simple to apply

Getting the loan organised was a fair bit of back and forth retrieving documents and we had a small hiccup on the setting up of my login (due to trying to do it all in my phone) Cynthia was a great help and quickly sorted out the trouble at the bank end and everything is now sorted. So far happy with the loan setup and conditions

This is my third loan with Alex.I have always found Alex staff very professional and helpful.Their processes are very efficient and easy to follow.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a loan.

Given the run around to keep providing more and more information which was ultimately a result of income calculation error as advised by the broker. I was at a point of walking away and withdrawing as it was becoming excessive. I already had an approval from Westpac which did not require the amount of information sought bu Alex bank. I also note that I am not able to create an account as it keeps showing an error suggesting that the email address is not linked to the account even though you keep sending emails to that account.
