I found the process extremely fast and efficient as well as very easy to do. Loved the fact that their rates are very competitive as well as no monthly admin fees.. Staff were very friendly and if I need finance down the track I will use Alex again.

After looking around at other alternatives and even starting the process, I discovered that they all lie about their interest rates. Advertised against actual. They all lie. Alex did not. The rate advertised was the rate used. Staff are friendly and honest. Can’t rate them highly enough.
