Prompt delivery & lovely smell & long lasting from products

An item was missing from my order so Klarize responded very quickly to my query and sent me out the missing item…very impressed with the response. Shall use Sassy Scents again in the future.

Rubbish don’t know where these reviews come from and a long standing customer I have noticed a big decline in the quality of this product I used to spend up to £15”+ at one time on the large wax tubs and room sprays , but not anymore .a few yrs ago you could smell the product from the outside of the delivery package no you can’t even smell it in your room after a couple of min . Yes it’s made of soya etc but there are much cheeper equivalents that also have the soya etc but they last much longer and don’t cost a packet like these do.

Obsessed with these amazing products! I have been searching for years for "THE" products that not only smell divine but actually last. My search has included very expensive candles from the big brands at Selfridges and beyond but absolutely nothing has compared to the amazing wax melts from these guys. Their CEO Keely is hands-on which is always the sign of a great business that cares about their customers journey and i honestly cannot say enough good things about their amazing products. Have graduated from melts to car fresheners to electronic wax burners and shower soaps and every product is superb. My home now smells divine and the beautiful scents really last, it's such a wonderful change from anything i have ever bought before. If you're considering trying them, just do it, you will honestly never look back.. Thanks Sassy for the best products ever x

Super slow delivery - 3 weeks! Not helpful on emails, replying 3 days later. Products smashed in the box can’t be bothered with them any more this is my 3rd time and I won’t be again.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive I will stick to my usual place

The customer service I received from Klarize has been amazing. Some of these bigger companies could learn a thing or two from her. I had a small problem which has taken a little while to resolve but Klarize kept me updated every step of the way and I’m very happy with the outcome. Absolutely wonderful products from a great company. I love that they’re local to me and have visited a local shop stocking their products to have a ‘sniff’ before buying, which was handy. However, this time I just went straight to online purchase as I felt sure I’d love the odour eliminating range…and I do!

I love those soaps I ve become addictive to them 😍 as they are sooo good! The smell, the different types, the texture they are great Bought 6 already and my fav is the coconut 🥥 one. I want to eat it! It's super soft and leave my skin feeling great

I had an issue with a parcel going missing and Klarize was amazing at sorting it out. Apart from their fantastic customer service the products are amazing! Wax melts that are strong, beautiful and really last, whipped soaps that are super nourishing and come in so many different scents that even my teenage sons love them. Then there are the odour remover wax melts and room sprays. These literally work like a dream and smell incredible! I am so glad I found Sassy Scents!
