Even despite the fab reviews, the products exceeded my expectations. The room deorourisers are top notch, very effective and long lasting and much better than a particular fabric freshener that is advertised on TV. One wax melt in the hallway fills my house with fragrance and they last for ages. My daughter and I are impressed 💯. Once tried you won't buy supermarket products ever again!

Love Sassy scents! My friend gifted me a whipped soap and now I may be slightly obsessed! They smell so good you could eat them (please don't!) and I sometimes struggle with dry skin and then whipped soaps have helped massively with this. I've also ventured into the world of wax melts and love the variety of scents they have. Out of all the ones I've had, I've only had one I really didn't like!

I recently purchase a product from this company which advertised it had X amount of items in stock ready to ship. Turns out the company never actually had possession of the items when they said they did. This was not known to consumers at the time of purchase. Is this company breaking any laws?

I never usually have a problem with sassy soap. Love buying their products however recently I ordered something in the sale that went out of stock so got something else reordered but nobody can tell me where my order is or issue me a refund when asked 😔 it’s been a week now and I’m fed up. Makes me wary not to buy from them again cause they are genuine people and I love their whipped soaps.

Great company and wonderful customer service. Millie sorted my issue out within a couple of hours and on a weekend too. I already loved the products so this is the icing on the cake.

Pong boxes weren't the deal I thought they would be... especially when you order multiple and you get duplicates. Contacted customer services and they weren't much help.
