I have a subscription and every month I get a little box delivered to my door, never knowing what is in it and I'm never disappointed. Whipped soap has to be my favourite, it smells that good I could eat it !! Wax melts are great as are all the other products I have tried.

I am sassy obsessed, ordered a fair amount when i do order and pay sub. Recently i returned 2 tubs i bought as i didn’t like the scents to exchange for two others. I followed the instructions and placed a note inside with order number and return replacement wanted. It’s been over a month, nothing. No refund as far as i can tell either. It is a shame, i love this shop i send all my relatives and friends to them and i cannot get enough of their soaps and products, but the service seems to be slipping a bit as they grow. I have attempted to reach out but nothing back and now i fear its too late :(

Sassy never disappoints.. I've been buying for 4 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax/sprays/whipped soaps or lip balms.. this company is always giving.. bit that's not the reason I love sassy.. the products speak for themselves I couldn't explain in words how much i love sassy.. anyone who hasn't tried sassy needs too. Because they are missing out 😍
