I alerted them to this and they immediately found the missing pieces and shipped them in the mail. I've found that the product descriptions are accurate as well. Will be buying more for them!

Well I'm so thrilled that I did as DMR online auctions are definitely worth a second look. So much stock to choose from with accurate descriptions photos and a grading system that gives confidence to bid. United Kingdom | 27 September 2021I've been buying regularly for perhaps a year now. I can't speak highly enough for the goods and the lovely people who run the company. I think some people have unreasonable expectations- these goods are often customer returns and are sold as such. I've saved a fortune and been able to enjoy products I wouldn't have normally splurged on. The odd slight fault is not an issue to me and you can always message them for a more accurate appraisal too. I've been extremely happy with the vast majority of my purchases. I think on two occasions I've had an issue which has been resolved perfectly. I honestly can't think of another company that I have been so impressed with customer care wise.

United Kingdom | 17 September 2021Crap service. Given wrong measurements for an item which then didn't fit in car. Was told come back another day or pay for delivery after having to take a day off work to pick it up and driving 2 hours. Operations manager is useless he can't authorise a refund for £70 or give a discount for delivery. Asked him to contact woman who gave wrong info but he refused as she had left work and he couldn't disturb her for 2mins so i would need to wait till Monday till he speaks to her but they can inconvenience paying customers and waste their time. I already know what they will day on Monday. I wouldn't buy anything from here again. Not worth it for the shi! Service.

United Kingdom | 12 April 2021Can't say anything that hasn't already been mentioned. They are honest and put a massive amount of work into ensuring that buyers know exactly what they are getting. Their grading system and reporting of retail pricing are spot on. The staff is extremely helpful and approachable, that goes for both office and warehouse staff. They always go the extra mile. Highly recommend, other auction houses should be taking notes as DMR set the benchmark for what an auction house can be.

I won my bid at just under a quarter of the RRP. Delivery was prompt within the week of purchase. I was glad there was a delivery option too which saved me a load of hassle as I live quite far from the warehouse. I will be buying from them again.

I must say Mr. David the chief incharge of DMR was so so nice on phone . Co-operative , trusted me all through and understood limitations of time and that I was traveling from foreign country and things could be difficult with Covid pandemic around . United Kingdom | 30 August 2020Had second thoughts about leaving a review as would like to keep this company to myself ! Very impressed with this auction house the best around . The office staff are polite friendly and very helpful especially Tiffany. As for the guys in the warehouse can’t sing their praises enough they are happy in their work (I don’t think I would be as cheerful when I have to lift heavy items all day long!) They have even helped me load up my heavy items when they don’t need to and always with a smile. As for the bad reviews this is an auction house not a shop if you can’t view or have an appraisal done don’t buy ! Or take a punt but don’t moan about it later if the item is not what you expected. Items can be bankrupt stock , returns ie unwanted or damaged or with parts missing , end of lines or ex display they are at the auction for a reason ! As for the fees these are clearly outlined so you know how much you will pay on top of your bid. Work out your max bid taking this into account. I have used this company for over a year and will keep doing so keep up the good work ! Thanks Charlotte xx

The stock is varied and the auction site is clear and easy to use . The staff are very helpful , especially when it comes to collecting it . They are willing to accommodate and help with lifting or the heavier items. They also offer good competitive rates of transporting the goods . The telephoning system allows you to speak to them direct and not a generated answer phone message . I have confidence in the staff and the business who work there and I will continue to buy without hesitation.

United Kingdom | 15 May 2020I won 6 items from DMR auctioneer, all were listed as 'like new' or 'sold as seen'. I bought a bedside table that was listed as ‘like new’, it was damaged on the top, sides and at the back of it. I then found a customer return slip from the retailer confirming it was marked as ‘damaged’ by the customer. So I can only conclude DMR knowingly bought this damaged item from the retailer and knowingly sold it on i-bidder.com as damaged but lied in claiming it is 'like new' in the listing. This is dishonesty. You’re falsely listing damaged goods as ‘like new’. The rest of the 5 items were discoloured or damaged. I bought a salad bowl with a large crack running down 2 sides of the bowl, this was sold as ‘sold as seen’ with a stock image from the retailer. It was impossible to view the item because DMR Auctioneer made it clear in their listing that their warehouse was closed during the coronavirus lockdown. My wife called to complaint, and they requested we send pictures of the damaged goods (as if they didn’t see them) and they’ll either refund us. But we worry based on the feedback from other reviewers, they’ll ignore when they receive the goods back. They’re getting away with this because the consumer rights law on auctioneers is weak.
