Excellent service and products

Have had some real bargains off this site, all staff are friendly and polite. I enjoy dealing with all concerned.

You cant trust these guys . The auctions are misleading , sending out used items instead of new, items that dont work at all , and some so badly wrapped on arrival you would not believe. I bought a few thousand pounds worth had to return over half on the promise of a full refund that they just refused to pay , DO not trust them .

Good service could offer delivery as an option at the start of the bill, and could be cheaper process to speed up delivery, otherwise OK service thanks.

On the whole highly impressed with the quality of goods, some items had bits missing or slightly damaged but with the prices we paid the value is incredible so no complaints here, it’s the luck of the draw with any auction. Excellent team with great customer service, will certainly buy from here again. Thankyou!

Love this place and the online auctions. Never had an issue staff are really helpful I told my son about it and he has just bought some excellent gym equipment.

Been really happy with the communication from DMR Auctioneers, I have made a mistake in past leaving a bad review because I mistake them with a different auction. If you want to buy from someone that cares about their buyers DMR Auctioneers are your guys.

Although something that I bid on cost me in the end with premium, vat and delivery an extra £56 so from my bid of £88 to a total paid of £144 this IS all shown on their web site before the auctions. I spoke to someone on the phone from there too and must say, he was very genuine, polite and friendly. So this deserves the 5 stars
