United Kingdom | 07 November 2024Was more than pleased with my bed but when it was delivered the delivery men got oil on my carpet they did not know where it had come from they think it was on the packaging, they had not got any wipes to get it of the carpet I tried with vanish but it would not move so I said well I suppose it’s under the bed so I will have to accept it. When I phoned the company the receptionist or whoever answered the phone said I had signed to say there was no damage that wording was not on the receipt it said if you don’t sign give a reason so on that account I did not. A few weeks later I decided to have the headboard and told them I needed the bed moving so I could try and get the oil from if my carpet, when the men came they moved the bed and went ohhhhh I got the fairy liquid on it and most of it came of they got the wipes and went over the top all did not come of but I accepted it, so I can’t give you 5 stars as I found out the first delivery men was a trainee and a manager so not happy

United Kingdom | 06 November 2024We already had an Adjustamatic bed, so the new purchase was a replacement. They arrived on time but after two nights we realised that the beds were 3 inches short. Called the company explained the situation they said "can we give you compensation rather than change them, I said no! because my feet are hanging over the end. we were told the new beds would take four weeks. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. New beds eventually arrived and excellent. Then two weeks later we see our beds which we paid £8,500 offered for 50% off in their sale.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2024Buying and delivery good for my raiser recliner chair. Something has gone wrong with it after a few weeks. BUT after sales is rubbish!!! Got a problem with the chair and I’ve got to wait 4weeks for a visit from technical support. I’ve got a broken back and just had major surgery and they couldn’t come any earlier . Really not impressed

United Kingdom | 31 October 2024Delivery team first class removing single bed to 2nd bedroom replacing it with double bed. Only criticism is that on lowering the foot end of the new bed there is quite a distinctive ‘bang’ noise. Is this normal?

United Kingdom | 30 October 2024Adjustmatic chair was sold and I was informed there would be a service every two years, just like the person who commented they were told this when they bought a bed. I too received a pack to extend the warranty which I declined as it was too expensive. I also requested the free service. The person came and just asked whether the chair was working okay. Which it was. Had a phone call yesterday offering the service which I thought had been done. Therefore declined. Disappointed that today the chair is stuck and the handset is not working. Not looking forward to an expensive repair.

Used the Therapy Pad and Hand Held Device which worked great as i suffer with nerves and anxiety he was very professional and got me to relax sorry could not go ahead at this time with the sale

United Kingdom | 24 October 2024when my bed arrived the two delivery lads explained to me my options on whether i wanted more underneath space by having the cables on the outside of the bed or to have the cables inside which only took up a small space of my storage. They told me exactly how to use the remote controls, so easy to use. Since using my new bed, I have found a real big improvement to my neck and the base of my spine and have never had an trouble getting to sleep, mattress is so comfortable. Quite expensive but worthwhile.
