On Thursday, October 24. 2024 I contacted the offices of IRA to ask for help in completing some necessary forms. The young lady who assisted me was Liz Albers. She has the "patience of Job!" I will be 78 years old in just a few months and I truly appreciate young people like Liz Albers who are as knowledgeable, helpful and polite like this staff member. Nelza, Jennifer and the rest of the team there at IRA Financial have done a great job at helping me with the "ROBS" program from start a few years ago to the ongoing compliance. They are always able to answer my questions in a way to help me understand what needs to happen, and keep me from going off the tracks on what can be a complicated program. I've been trying to close my account for years. They won't let me. They keep it open and harass me for the fees they keep adding on. There wouldn't be any fees if they would have closed my account years ago when I first asked them.
