Lori Schmidt-Wog was impressively efficient and knowledgeable during multiple emails and phone calls. I contacted IRA Financial Trust to facilitate a transaction. It required filling multiple forms in a specific way. During the first interaction, Lori immediately responded with very detailed information. Then transferred me to another person in the appropriate department. A couple of days later, when I was unable to reach that department after multiple attempts, I contacted Lori again, requesting help. Lori, in minutes, answered all my questions, and guided me through the process. In an era of no ability to reach a live person (at IRA Financial) or get any response from other departments, Lori is a shining star. She should be the one promoted, and teach others about customer care, service, and how to improvise, and do what it takes, to fulfill customers’ needs. Thank you, Lori.

Maria Esposito walked me through the whole process of setting up my ROBS structure. Making it very easy for me to navigate through all the steps. She even went above and beyond to assist me in anyway she could, making several phone calls to make sure everything was coded correctly so that my money was protected and not treated as a distribution. It really gave me peace of mind since there were a lot of moving parts, I had never done anything like this before and I'm also not very tech savvy. IRA Financial is lucky to have someone who actually cares about people, these days that's something that's not so easy to find!!!!

Nancy was a tremendous help today. I initially asked her questions on how to fill out a W-9 form for our 401K account. She took the time to actually tell me what to put on each line on the form and was very efficient. I also inquired about a BOI form that I had filled out earlier today and told her that I had paid the wrong amount. She spoke to Compliance, and got the remaining balance waived due to misinformation I was given. Nancy made my day much brighter and is a valuable employee to IRA Financial!!
