This is so typical of the service at IRA Financial, and yet, so unusual. In my experience with two other independent custodians of my self directed IRA assets, service was often delayed or encountered obstacles that the custodian seemed unable to solve. IRA service has been timely, friendly and very helpful in managing our family assets that don't fit into the "boxes" at other custodial firms. Grazie mille!!
