Timely service provided, took care of everything

I had some complicated issues regarding juggling multiple plans, the solutions for which required deep knowledge of IRS rules. Dean was able to wrestle those to the ground, escalate sime thorny issues, and get me docs very quickly. This is an ideal experience, particularly given the complexity.

Morgan was prompt and got right to the point re my concern and resolved the concern.

I needed some bank routing information for a wire transfer. Becky sent it immediately and made sure I knew what to do with the information. This is so typical of the service at IRA Financial, and yet, so unusual. In my experience with two other independent custodians of my self directed IRA assets, service was often delayed or encountered obstacles that the custodian seemed unable to solve. IRA service has been timely, friendly and very helpful in managing our family assets that don't fit into the "boxes" at other custodial firms. Grazie mille!!
