I would have given IRAF 5 stars but it seems like when I transfer funds into my account there is usually a problem. I wish they had a FAQ or something that would explain the various processes. I usually have to call and ask what forms are needed. They are always helpful but if they had some basic process instructions it would make the process smoother. My last funds transfer was delayed because they dropped a digit from my account number and the bank rejected the transfer. After a couple of weeks I had to call to ask about it and they sent me the rejection info from the bank and I had to figure out what happened. My correct account number should be on file! It seems like they should have caught this error instead of me having to track it down.

The chat is the best way to contact the company. The people are knowledgeable, and helped me solve a problem with a form that I had filled out incorrectly. With this said I chose to close the account I was helped by a very wonderful, knowledgeable, kind and respectful service specialists named Gina Lopez. I cannot praise her enough. When you have multiple questions, need to understand the steps to make sure it is done correctly to avoid tax implications etc.. she had the answers, was kind and patient in the moments it took me a minute to understand and asked a lot of questions. I never felt rushed she only wanted to make sure I was happy and understood. Gina as well as many others I spoke to at IRA Financial were always willing to help and provide support from Lori the receptionist, to the compliance team, to as I said earlier the owner himself. Adam has some awesome folks working for him and it is obvious to me that customer service is their #1 priority in all departments. Thank you for all your help and support.
