I actually enjoyed working with the folks at IRA Financial Group. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I didn't have to follow up or ask for status updates, as Jasmin and Stacy were detailed and attentive—super refreshing. Also, their fees are straightforward, which is amazing, as I felt I was being nickeled and dimmed to death by the Trust Company I was with before IRA Financial. I am a brand new client, but I am impressed so far!

Had a expidited need, agent, Lisa, stayed on the phone with me for about 30 min. Walked me all the way thru. Because these things can get messed up by not knowing what to select and put down. This was part of a critical deal next week. She took the time was patient with me and we got it done. Then after all this I made a mistake on my name. She called me back at 420pm to correct it walked me thru that and we got it submitted correctly. I paid extra for all this but didn't mind because I got great service and got it done. This was all on a Friday afternoon. That's a good job!

Very easy process to transfer my Roth IRA to the new trustee. Now my assets and advisor are at the same entity

IRA Financial Group never ending fees. They advertise that there is only an initial fee to help you set up your Self directed 401k, but I have received an invoice every year for "401K restatement". I have had no contact with and they have done nothing for me after the initial help of setting up the plan. I have no idea what the $250 yearly charge is for. If you don't pay they threaten you that they will report you to the IRS that you are not complaint. I have no idea what they mean by that. My accountant files my taxes and they are done correctly.

I used IRA Financial to convert my traditional IRA into stock in my coffee shop (C Corp). The staff was very knowledgeable and were instrumental in helping me create my C Corp, fund my company and complete all the necessary paperwork. I did my ROBS in three tranches and it took about 4 months with most of that time waiting on me. Paperwork, wiring funds, stock generation, funding my company all worked flawlessly. All in all IRA Financial has a great and responsive staff, clear instructions, thorough process and a depth of knowledge. Maria and her team took time to help explain and to work with me. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Everything went well before I got all setup in the system. They answered my questions, responded quickly, and were great to deal with. Now that I have sent my funds in, I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. I have called into the phone line multiple times leaving detailed messages, but I never receive a call back. The only person I can seem to get a hold of is a gentleman who I have his personal extension, and he is very helpful. The rest of the company seems to be unresponsive. They do send out emails when there is an issue, but the phone service seems nonexistent.
