I still haven’t received the delivery date

First class service and the goods arrived in perfect condition. It is great to find a company who continues to be happy to supply customers in Northern Ireland.

The decking was as ordered and delivered except the decking screws I’m still waiting for them The items were paid for in full but no screws The driver said they would be delivered overnight still waiting

This is the third time I’ve ordered decking from Decking Supplies and on each occasion I’ve been pleased with the quality of the timber. Only given 4 stars because this time it took quite a bit longer to arrive. Normally been within a week but this time took over 2 weeks. Still pleased though and would recommend.

I’ve used decking supplies twice now for two projects at home, I absolutely can’t fault the decking calculator. It makes it so easy to buy, plan and build your deck and delivery was fast and communication and delivery with the haulier was first class. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to undertaking a decking project at home.

Would definitely recommend, ordering was made simple . Everything was easy from delivery to fitting due to boards where cut to size .

Very easy to order online. Great communication from recieving my order to it being dispatched via email. Then delivery was communicated well over the phone. There was some issue with dispatching my order, but this only delayed due to health and safety concerns and again was well communicated with me. On delivery of my decking this was prompted and the guy was pleasant and well mannered. Overall no complaints and have recommended this company to friends and family

Not sure why their rating is 3.1 at the time of writing. I was nearly put off by bad reviews but can only say my experience with them was excellent. Delivered £1500 of posts and boards in 48 hours, good quality and were great to deal with throughout. Recommend to speak to them on the phone if in doubt. Answered my questions and were helpful, professional and polite.

Ordered a complete decking kit with screws, post cement etc as well as all the wood and only read reviews after. Was very worried I'd have to fight for a refund as the order went through to Glasgow and I'm in Gloucestershire. No need to worry, didn't hear anything for about 10 days but suddenly had email that the complete kit would be delivered to a haulier in Coventry. A few days later haulier called and delivery was made the same day. All wood (6X3m decking) great quality and all the bits and pieces complete. Concerning start but this company came up trumps

I understand that decking will not be completely free of routes. 30% of boards were covered in routes or damaged. Now further damage to the board appearing. I wish I have returned it all back to them.

I ordered decking kit recently. I read reviews and was bit unsure if to buy. But they had the one I wanted.with everything I needed. Anyway l ordered and yes didn't hear anything for a week. But after that can't fault them they replied to my query .And can't fault delivery.porretta haulage.very helpful. A1.

Excellent received within 7 day. Excellent quality. Good communication for delivery time. I took a gamble after reading the bad reviews and I’m glad I did. Definitely going to use again. Trust me I never write reviews but this is well deserved.
