I am very happy to get the rug of my dreams at a good price from rugshq. But their website is a bit difficult to use, when checking out if I want to change something, I need to go back and start over. Can't wait to get my rug.

I wish I would have been able to speak to someone over the weekend, when most retail shopping happens. I took a leap of faith and ordered some small rugs, and prices seemed very reasonable. Although there were many reviews of the website and store in general, I would have liked to read reviews of individual products.

They have very good prices and were accommodating when I called to ask about a coupon. I hope the rug looks like I expect it too!
