I did a lot of internet research before I bought a beautiful carpet that I had my eye on for months. RugsHQ gave me the best deal there was, plus free shipping, plus a bonus coupon code for extras! I can't wait to see my new rug.

I originally left a great review because they ask you to rate them to get the $25 back. At the time had very good service UNTIL I needed help because the rug wouldn't lay flat. I was 5 days over their 30 days because I had been remodeling and didn't get to lay rug out right away. I looked over the rug when I first received it and it visually looked good. Unfortunately, I I thought it would lay flat once rolled out on floor. It still does not lay flat 5 months later! RuGHQ help desk acted very helpful at first. I paid over$650 for my rug and originally they only wanted to give me $75 back to buy another rug from them. I found this unacceptable. I contacted Surya and was told that even though rug had a one year warranty, I had to use RugsHQ as my liaison. This has now been going on since June! They now are telling me I could buy the same rug AGAIN for half off. Why would I want another horrible rug that now would cost me OVER $900. What good is a 1 yr warranty when it cost you $300. RugsHQ is wonderful when you are trying to buy a product from them but the HELP desk takes forever to get back to you and then gives an answer that only lines their pockets. It's hard to believe neither RugsHQ or Surya backs the products they sell.

This site was easy to use and I found the rug that I needed, to match a rug that I recently bought locally. I am very happy!

It was easy to find the exact rug I was looking for on the RugHQ website. They also offered friendly customer service and a fantastic price too.

I have not yet received my rug but the order process was seamless and simple. Company seems to have good customer service policies (e.g. free delivery, stated that they are proactive about updating on delivery times, etc)

Order was a breeze. Got a rug couldn't find anywhere else in the right size!

they offer many discounts, but you can only use 1 per order. call the 888 number and they hopefully will send you a confirmation with a free pad. i'll send more information when the rug arrives and the promises are fulfilled . co

I found a rug that I wanted but it said out of stock. I called customer service and they told me I could order the rug and it would be in stock on June 8. They also gave me a 10% discount and free rug pad which I thought was very customer friendly and customer oriented. The customer service rep was very personable and helpful which in my opinion is very important. I will definitely buy another rug from Rugshq.
