I was thrilled to finally find the kind of rug I was looking for, on sale, with an extra discount code, and with a free rug pad and free shipping. I couldn't figure out how to use codes for discount and rug pad both, so I emailed the company and got a quick and helpful response. I can't wait to get my rug! My only complaint was that, after waiting for the email response, the rug was no longer on sale and I paid more than I originally expected (discount code was still good).

Have had difficulty with shipping estimates for more "popular" rugs... Some have taken up to a month and a half to ship from some sites or distributers have changed the estimate ship date after two weeks or more. So far, RugsHQ offered a good price and decent ship time estimate. We'll see what happens!
