Thanks for the opportunity to work with you but below are my observations and possible recommendations. 1. Bookings are sent very late, thereby not giving one enough time to get set. 2. Booking probabilities are too slim, there are days one has to cancel on all shift just cause you want to be available for rtriibe and you end up being disappointed because you will just be left hanging and end up wasting your time/day doing nothing. Please all these should be addressed. Thank you

My experience has been fantastic. I handed in my notice two weeks ago as I wanted to do SEN TA work. I have received 3 days work this week in a school. Luke was incredibly helpful and supportive and listened to what it was I wanted.
