It was a good experience, though took me a while to get my first job

I have joined Rtriibe. I have had a good and not so good experience. People have done as they said , given good advice to get through the joining process to get work, no problems there. I think Rtribbe could be clearer about the nature of the work that is being offered. The job advert that I responded to asked for invigilators. I put forward a CV which contained my career history but must admit that I could have spent more time on it to reflect more, my transferrable skills. However for invigilation, I did not put down too much. To my amazement I was then getting put forward for a classroom job but did not get it. If I had known that classroom work was on offer, I could have done a fuller CV as I have lots of transferrable skills. Also just for your information if I may say so, people especially in the public sector but maybe from other walks of life may be able to retire from the age of 50 or younger. These people may well be extremely skilled and trained people who may be invaluable in a classroom. Retirees are sometimes the same age as the general working population. This may be useful for your interviewers to know so that people are not pigeon holed. I feel that your job adverts could be clearer about the nature of the work and your interviewers could ask relevant questions to ensure they know about the skills and experience of the people that they are taking on.

This is my first experience of rtriibe and so far I have been very impressed with their very prompt response to my application and informative videos and emails regarding the position applied for. Jason Berry has been very helpful and has guided me at all times with the process resulting in being offered assignments. I can highly recommend rTriibe as a company to deal with.
