Very Supportive Team I enjoyed how the team handled my application from the beginning to the end. They were so patient, calm and informative at all points. I was nervous at my first experience but their kind words and guidance gave me the courage to perform. I don't mind if the team could improve on time notification to avoid getting late, aside that I got every support even after the close of work.

What made my day was the phone call I received to confirm my availability, followed by the instructions and what was expected of me on getting on site. I was excited and at the same time quite nervous because I didn't want to miss the location, so I got to the location very early. I would prefer the locations to be displayed in post codes. Clear and consise- quick communication without effortlessly

The two schools have been to were very accommodating and they Ve got nice people .They were ready to put me through a lot of things and very patient as well...this I beleive is partly that the company had made it clear to clients that their workers are top priority to them hence the need to treat them right. Also, the communication via phone calls and mails were on point from Rtriibe team. The team is always apt to reply messages and are also very friendly. I also want to bring to the attention of the company that a detailed phone no of who to meet up at each school should be sent via mail or text so we dont stand out in the cold for too long outside the school. That happened to me at my two schools only that the second day at the primary was a bit better cos I had been given a tag already to usher me in.This is not to say they weren't pleasant in everyway.
