Although the Active Posture device did not solve my particular back problem the process of returning the item and receiving my refund was extremely easy and payment received within hours.

The delivery was great in a good time! I feel that the sizing should be more like a bra size ! The cup was too small despite taking the insert out the actual fit was okay after adjusting the straps ! The quality of the garment is good and I will wear it in the house but I would not go out in it I think the medium would be too big

Excellent customer service. When the lumber belt arrived it was too small for me and I contacted Active Posture who arranged for the item to be returned and immediately sent me a larger one. The belt is very good quality and I am very pleased with it.

I sent an email for instructions on how to put on the premium brace but you have not replied. Please answer my query and provide details on the brace. I used info@ email address and I have struggled to put the brace on. I have also struggled with help from my brother. Please help or provide refund.
