Delivery following order was very fast. Belt, for my wife with lumbar problems, fits well and, in these early stages, seems to give some pain relief.

I was uncertain as to how I had been charged for this item. My email enquiry was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly helpful way. The item was not suitable for my condition and I have received a full refund. I shall investigate other items in this company.

Order 4318. Returned 2 months ago via the correct methods and enclosed all paperwork and still have no refund. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t reply to emails. Furious.

The top was too tight so I returned it. There was NO returns label or returns form in the parcel, so I printed and completed the on-line returns form and put it in the parcel which I returned to the return address . You took payment of £79.95 on 29 April. I have certificate of posting dated 04/05/2023 Please arrange refund. Thank you.

Won't be able to comment on the efficacy of the zipped posture vest for some time but customer service is second to none. Originally sent under the wrong postcode and "returned to sender " it was reissued and sent out to me immediately without quibble and received within 24 hours.

Absolutely brilliant! Fantastic company to deal with! Products are well made and actually work! My partner and I both wear these products and are reaping benefits of these products. I would advise anyone who is having muscular issues to try these products as I am sure they will benefit as we are!

It isn't easy to out on and off or to adjust the straps. I also find the it digs in to my armpits. All in all, I am a bit disappointed with the product.
