Jase and Rob did a great job with my window and French doors. Communicated well with me and answered all my questions. It was disappointing that my window sills weren’t ready for the guys to fit even though they were ordered with the doors. This means another few trips back to finish off.

Excellent service from Neil who reset my WYW front door. It had dropped and wasn't shutting well. Neil was very speedy, proficient and gave me time to ask questions which resulted in him changing the locking mechanism to one that suited me better. 10/10

Colin, Archie and Robbie were with us for 3 days fitting our entire house with new windows. They worked tirelessly to get the job finished. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and were super polite and friendly. We're really happy with how they look - which isn't easy with new windows in an old house in a conservation area.

Avoid this RIP off company at all cost. We payed 1257 for a door which we thought was a fire proof door on our apartment, having shown the sales man a letter from our housing association saying needs to be fd30 fire door and our old door obviously was a fire door which was taken off. 3 1/2 years down the line we are now having to take the door off and replace it with a fire door as been told from housing association and that we are risking the lives of our neighbour and been threatened of been taken to court. When putting complaint into west Yorkshire windows surprise the sales man is getting defended about selling us a door that is no good and they are blaming us for it. When a sales man comes out surely he should of said the door you are having fitted is not a fire door no that was not the case all he was bothered about was a sale to him, after all that happened 5 years ago with grenfell. Stay clear of this RIP off company we are now facing more cost for a fire door which is going to cost 2000 now.

From building the conservatory a few years ago, right up to present day aftercare services West Yorkshire Windows have always been excellent. Easy to contact, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought our windows 6 years ago and have had two issues one after 2 years and one two weeks ago and the service has been amazing I only wish my staff had the same understanding that these guys have for service I sound recommend based on service as it is the most important thing .

Quality of work good and fair price for the quality. You really get to know how good a company is when something goes wrong, because best will in the world things can go wrong. We reported condensation inside a glazed units. Sent photograph and it was sorted with no quibbles and good update communication so positive.l

Very professional and prompt response. Windows and doors very good quality and fitted well. A surprise to find the window locks are not guaranteed for more than 12 months. Read the small print !

Whilst the staff / company were very good, they messed up one of the windows (actual glass unit - lead was placed on the outside of the glass) and they repeated the same mistake several times. Whilst they eventually got it right, it caused us unnecessary hassle.

We have had an extension added to our home and we are very pleased with the results. Excellent design by James, with a lot of attention to detail to ensure the extension fitted in perfectly with our existing home. No hard sell. Great comms from the office, especially from Emma. A few frustrating moments due to the portal not always being up to date. All the trades people worked to a high standard and were polite, clean and tidy. Thoroughly delighted and thank you.
