Neil was really pleasent and explained what he was doing and why. The doors are all fixed and it has made a real difference to the ground floor being warm and the security with the front door.

WYW responded to my requests re a window and 2 doors they fitted 2-3 years ago . Doors sorted and potential issue in roof identified. Prompt service..always polite and straight forward, honest and helpful....which is why we used them in the past...and will do so in the future. They have kept their sales promises and customer service is great...even after fitting!

Reaction time from my call to the engineer being on site was amazing. Both the lady who took the call and the engineer who attended were courteous and very helpful and the problem was resolved at the first time of asking.

Our lead window was encapsulated which looks very beautiful like a new one. All through the process from ordering to fitting, work was undertaken professionally. I am giving 4 starts because it took a long and I had to chase a couple of times. However this was specialized work and could have taken longer to finish than envisaged,

Very swift response to a issue with the door locking mechanism. The door would only lock with difficulty. A new keep was fitted and all locking clamps cleaned and lubricated. The work was left clean and tidy.

We ordered a conservatory from this company. In June the contractors turned up to start the job. They dug the foundations and put all the rubble on the front garden. They then left the site saying they were waiting for a steel. We tried to phone West Yorkshire Windows to find out what was going on. Our calls were not returned and there was no communication. Eventually we were told they were awaiting delivery of a steel. Three weeks later a surveyor turned up to measure for the steel although we had been told they were waiting for delivery. They lied to us. After 6 weeks the steel finally arrived. We had been told that the steel had to be the exact fit so were surprised when they had to cut it to make it fit and then weld it. The company use contractors to do the work and no one comes to inspect the contractors work. We had 15 items which we were not happy with after the contractors had finished and eventually most of them have been put right. The rubble which had been dumped on our front lawn had ruined the front lawn. Only last week contractors turned up to put right our front lawn and it is a joke. They have put down patches of turf rather than do a proper job. From start to finish the job was supposed to take 4 weeks and took over 5 months.

Very pleased with our new windows. They look great and have been fitted really well. Jase and Rob were great fitters - and would go out of their way to do extra bits and pieces for us. We thought we would have to redecorate after having the windows fitted, but they have done such a good job that we only need to do a bit of touching up here and there. Very tidy and efficient. Very happy to recommend this company.

On time and courteous the installer s did a great job with no mess to deal with. Windows look smart. Brilliant ultra safe access provided by local scaffolder JWS.

This was the second window to shatter through no apparent cause, I was very disappointed to have to pay towards the cost of a new one, however, I was very pleased with the professional way that the new one was fitted.

Just had 3 external doors and 4 windows fitted excellent work The fitters were Jase and Rob Very quick very very tidy and polite credit to the company I shall be using this company again for the rest of my windows Not the cheapest but the quality of the work second to none Thank you very very pleased 😀
