Yesterday I ordered a combination padlock for use on a gate, which I found on their website at a great price. Even though I had to pay for postage, it was still a lot cheaper than Screwfix (locks are heavy, so I understand the P&P cost). It's just arrived and was well packed in a very sturdy and well padded card/paper Jiffy bag (no plastic waste) in perfect condition. So, all spot on.

Processing and turn around was spot on, very speedy. My only gripe is that the lock itself was unboxed and looked to be rusted at first, upon inspection whatever was on the lock wiped off easily enough. The box was, to be fair, included in the package too. I assume the box opening was to reduce th package size. Lock seems to work fine. Thank for the quick turn around. I will most likely ordering from them again in February.
