I’ve ordered ABS locks for myself and many family members many times from this company with no previous issues, directing quite a few hundred pounds into their business overall I’d imagine; I’ve had no issues until today... This company was my first thought yet again when I decided to place my order of replacement lock and keys I required online. During the order process I omitted to add the Silca graphite lubricant to my order, one quick call immediately afterwards and this was added to my order and charged for individually to my CC with no mention of any additional postage charges. The next day they are now attempting to charge me excessive postage to include an item within my existing order which hasn’t yet been dispatched, claiming that it won’t fit in the same parcel. Customer service now suddenly non existent and unhelpful and no goodwill at all; I will now have to consider looking elsewhere as not sure I wish to provide this company with anymore business based on this recent transaction! Only 1 star for today’s poor service.... In Reply to Barnsley Lock & Safe Co Ltd on 20 Nov 2018: This is not strictly true is it! The company accepted my additional order during my first call and charged my Credit Card with NO mention of any postage fees, then the next day you called me wanting to ramp on postage charges and wonder why I'm not happy, Be Honest now, don't lie online!

Excellent service from this company. Ordered an Avocet Euro lock with extra keys via their website, which is full of info on locks. Price was cheaper than other competitors. Very fast delivery, lock and keys arrived next day. I would highly recommend Barnsley Lock & Safe to anyone who needs a lock or keycoded key cutting.

Can really recommend this company. The main thing about the company is you can tell its a family run business as their knowledge and skills shine through .
