Well I don't think u understand what's been said ,do u think it's fine to be spoken to like this. I can't believe that Ur a manager why I may ask because u can't even call me Ur self as me being an ex manager at landrover I can't believe u let this happen. So IAM going to tell u once more either u call me or tomorrow I will be calling the Communications ombudsman and let them decide on why it's taken 6 months for Ur company to sort the problem out I can t make calls as Ur rubbish sim is not working and u send me a sim card over a week ago and it's still not activated .so comon Mr John-Paul Patten u call me urself or is it u don't know what to say .anyway don't bother getting Ur rude staff to call as they don't call half the time and if they do they say will call you back and u don't .what a company u are dreadful .

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Today I spoke to Huzaifa who assured me from the beginning that he would resolve my problem. I have had no data for quite a few days and earlier attempts to rectify the problem didn't work. He spoke slowly and clearly and was very patient. I was able to phone back after taking out my Sim card and ask to speak again with him...which was very helpful because our conversation carried on his line of thought. Speaking to the same person again, I think helped. It also promoted a lovely friendly resolution. Well done Huzaifa....and it's still working. Thank you.

You don't come across this EXCELLENT standard of customer service very often these days. I did need to call them to activate the SIM and Akshay was very helpful. Thank you Lebara - FIRST CLASS
