I was sceptical at first because they are a lot cheaper and use a different network, but I'm so glad I made the change. The signal and network speed is miles better than what I got on EE, and even with the 20% discount I had on EE, I'm now saving £20 a month with Lebara. Roaming is free too which is a bonus as I had to pay £2.50 a day for it on EE.

The gentleman was very helpful. Polite and efficient. He sent me a link to pay for the bundle I needed, and waited for me in the line until I did it. I am very satisfied with his service.
