I have just finished a booking with this company for the first time for Iceland package ( For a family of 3 ). Price were very low compared to other providers like Jet2holidays.Customer representative Dylan made it much more easier with his expertise advise in choosing the right hotel and flights that matches our budget and has been very helpful in tailor fitting entire services for us. I haven't travelled yet but the experience of booking with them has been smooth so far. Will write a review later with my travel experience 😊

I have been looking at holidays for ages but it's all so confusing getting it right, and being single mum too contacting Adam at Bayfinch was so easy nothing was too much trouble he gave me all the information i needed and I changed the dates a few times as needed to be able to go in the school holidays. I first contacted the company to enquire about an advert, however after discussing it with Damien I realised that it wasn't suitable due to dates etc. I then got a quote from Damien for a holiday for my daughters birthday. Damien was extremely efficient and professional in providing a detailed quote, he took all my requirements into consideration and was extremely professional. Definitely an asset to the company. It was lovely working with him as he added a personal touch to all correspondence.
