We went to Iceland with Bayfinch Holidays and had the most wonderful time. The excursions were extremely well-organised and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We went to Blue Lagoon, glaciers, Diamond Beach. They also attempted to show us the Northern Lights by visiting the site twice. We did have a little bit of trouble with Luton airport with queues etc. Overall would definitely recommend booking with Bayfinch. Thank you for a lovely trip.

Well what can I say… I wanted to book a surprise trip for my wife to Iceland. I contacted Bayfinch Holidays and spoke to Adam and explained what and where I wanted to go. He helped to book my accommodation and flights and also an excursion to see the Northern Lights. Before going I decided we needed an extra night and Adam was on the ball checking that the hotel and flights were available. Throughout the planning communication was brilliant. On the day of our holiday Adam messaged me to wish us a safe trip and if we needed anything just shout. Most days we had a message asking if everything was ok and again when we got home. This service was exceptional, I really felt like Adam and Bayfinch Holidays were there for me and my wife. The support is very personalised, unlike booking through a large holiday company. We will definitely be booking our holidays with Adam and Bayfinch Holidays in the future.

I'm using again Bayfinch Holidays,,this time is for our romantic break in Venice. After really nice experience in Iceland thanks to Austin and Bayfinch Holidays all was well organised we only had to enjoy our family break . We decided that after great experience we will be using Bayfinch Holidays again . This time we have booked romantic breaks in Venice, In LH Hotel Sirio Venice,Mestre .
