Excellent customer service, very responsive if you have a question and also very helpful. I have ordered 4 bears off the bear garden in the last 5 weeks. Each time they have been dispatched the same day, each time have been packaged very well, and a lovely note from on of the staff ☺️ One of the bears was a birthday present so didn’t want to review immediately incase it came up on viewing bears 😉. But each bear I have ordered has been a lovely version, lovely face, well kept. Sometimes they have offers on too! Love the bear garden! Completely recommend and cannot fault them.
