My item never arrived, and I could not get in contact with customer service. I am so upset. I want help or a refund. I got neither. I am going to have to call my bank to make a dispute

When I had some problems with the delivery, I wrote an email to the Bear Garden And Kate replied immediately and tried to help me and kept answering me until the problem was solved I appreciate it very much Thank you, Kate, once again)

We could not be happier with our new Jellycat addition. The order was dispatched straightaway and she was on her way to Australia the next day. She arrived safely not long after. Bought a Teddy for my daughter who is having a difficult pregnancy to cheer her up. Bernice did the trick. My daughter loved her teddy. The Bear Garden happily wrote a note to go with the teddy and it was delivered very quickly.

I had such a wonderful experience with the bear garden. I ordered a bear and ended cancelling the order as I decided to go with a different bear that had the year of my god sons birth on it. Andrew was so helpful and kind, he canceled the first order so I could order the other one and in a lovely bit of customer service mentioned to me that I had not added a gift note to the new order and asked if I wanted to add one (which I did) I cannot recommend the bear garden enough if your look for a bear as a gift or for your son or daughter.
