Friendly, helpful employees. I would have given 5 stars, but I had made a reservation by telephone and it wasn't in the computer when arriving with my furniture. I had to go through the whole reservation process again.

Fair pricing for my 8x5 unit. Safe and easy entry to the parking lot entrance and secure entry into the building. Easy to manage code for entry with plenty of carts for loading. I have recommended Safegaurd to my neighbors

Bathroom electric dryer not working for months and there are no paper towels for drying hands. Bathroom was not working due to toilet flushing problem on two occasions and it is located in the office so it cannot be used when office is closed. There is no other bathroom available. Facility is clean and carts are almost always available which are strong plusses

The wonderful woman who signed us up for the storage space was not only kind and understanding but very sympathetic to what happened to us and why we needed a storage space. She accommodated us and was informative and generous and made the entire process easier than we expected.

This storage has no control over there parking, I would go on the weekends after 6 pm and the restaurant next door would tank up all of the parking. Please don’t rent at this storage if you don’t want to have access to your storage on the weekends.

One of my storage door is broken never been fix yet but it cool I'll have my stuff moved out soon
