The staff treated us exactly how every person should be treated—with professionalism, kindness, and respect. What we especially appreciated was how they didn’t go over the top trying to connect with us on a “gay” level (no rainbow sprinkles, no forced allyship vibes). At the same time, there wasn’t even a hint of negativity or discomfort—just genuine, straightforward service. It’s refreshing to be treated like human beings first, not “gay” human beings, and it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had a Unit with Safeguard Storage, Rolleston this year 2024. Totally positive experience, awesome clear friendly communication from Manager Tanya, instructions etc easy to follow, was patient with me when needed. Thank you. A range of packing products in the onsite office. Flat access, Unit and passages clean and clear.

What sets Safeguard self storage apart from its competitors IS the valued presence of its employees. I thank Walter for his excellent service and support! Unfortunately, far too many corporations and companies have found a way to take advantage of the terrible pandemic our nation experienced. Outsourcing valuable employees to automated machines is failing miserably at public storage facilities across IL. For that reason- I chose to move out and move in to Safeguard!
