United States | 31 January 2025I’m glad I chose Safeguard, as I have had other storage units in the past that were filthy and mice are through most of my bags and I was never reimbursed. Safeguard is clean and a convenient location close to the Highway so it makes it easier to go in, grab a few things and leave. The staff are nice and reliable and they go out of their way to help.

Now that our facility doesn't have live agents, I would feel much safer if the glass door area to the elevators also used the key pads. My sister and I were there about 9pm and saw a man entering from the outside doors and coming into the elevator area into the bathroom. When we came down from our 2 units, the same man was still,in the bathroom. He finally left on foot. As we prepared to leave, we observed him returning to the glass area. If the glass area required a code, I would've felt safer. All in all, This is a really nice, clean facility. The prices are fair.
