Please, helpful and easy to get hold of. Sadly a necessary evil to have Gap insurance but these guys were good in sorting it

I changed my car and needed the policy changing over to my new car , I tried doing the change online but received a email asking to phone platinum gap to arrange the changes, I spoke to a advisor and she took care of everything on the call , the reason I could not register the change online was because my new car’s value was significantly higher than my previous car.

What made me decide on buying here was the excellent assistance and customer service.

Excellent service, have used multiple times. Fortunately have never needed to make a claim, but would not anticipate or expect anything other than an efficient resolution.

Process was quick, simple and exactly what i wanted to provide gap insurance for my brand new car. Was very easy to select type of gap insurance and excellent value for money. As with all insurances, I hope I never need to make a claim, so how they respond to a claim is, for me, untested.
