All orders executed with no errors. All names and text accurate. Incredibly fast order execution and delivery (we ARE next-door in Virginia). Only minor issue was some bottles had cap hinge on name side, some had it on back-side. Shouldn't be a huge problem as only the owner will be using that particular bottle so they would get used to which side; just seems strange that processing room would put it on different sides? Durability to be determined?

I ordered eight glasses. Had a minor glitch and I was amazed on how response the customer service people were. What I have notice the last 20 months during Covid many customer service companies seem to blame Covid as an excuse for bad customer service. Not this company. They responded immediately and rectified the small glitch. More companies should look to this company as anexample when satisfying customers. A 5 start company all the way!👏👏👏
