The etching on the crystal glasses and the decanter were beautiful. It was fast service and fast delivery. Would highly recommend. They are a little pricey if you are just buying one item but if you buy in multiples its great.

I ordered 4 custom Pub Pint Glasses as a wedding gift. I had questions about the personalization, so I wrote an email before ordering them. They quickly responded and helped me make my decision. The order was shipped the day after ordering, and they shipped across the country in three days. I was amazed at how fast I received them, but even happier that they looked so good! The image was crisp and clear, and the glasses are a nice weight and feel. I wish every company was as prompt and efficient as this one. My only suggestion would be to have an option of a nice box to wrap these as a set for a gift plus a care card with it. Maybe I missed that, but I don't recall seeing an option. They came individually wrapped in a carton but didn't have any paperwork or care instructions. I had to find a nice gift box and print information from the website to include in the gift so that the bride & groom had some background for them. But I am very happy with them. I will definitely consider them for gifts in the future.
